Kasper Contracting Private Limited is an ISO 9001-2015 company that specializes in providing comprehensive plumbing and fire protection installation services for a diverse range of projects.

Incorporated in 2022, the company was founded by Kishore Kumar, a seasoned civil engineer with over 27 years of experience, who has been instrumental in successfully delivering over 100 large-scale projects across India and internationally.
Our specialist team comprises domain experts Sidramesh, Ajmal Hamza, Praveen Kumar, each bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in their respective fields. From tendering and engineering to execution and project handover, our dedicated team is capable of seamless and successful project delivery.
We provide turnkey engineered solutions for building services, including plumbing, fire protection, water treatment, swimming pools, water features, and related installations. With operations currently spread across five states in India and Bhutan, Kasper Contracting is driven by its commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Quality Policy

Kasper Contracting is committed to providing quality installations to our clients that meets the project specifications and industry standards for materials, workmanship, tolerances, and schedules while maintaining profitability and competitiveness. We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance. The objective of our Quality Policy is to set out measures to meet the following objectives:

  • Development and implementation of an effective system of procedures and processes to plan, implement and control activities throughout the life cycle of projects.
  • To pursue improvements in methods, standards, tools etc by setting, reviewing, and communicating Quality objectives to develop the business and respond to changing market requirements.
  • Selection and continuous monitoring of the performance of suppliers and sub-contractors so that they share our commitment to achieving increasing levels of Client satisfaction.
  • Training and development for our employees to ensure that all personnel are aware of their individual roles and responsibilities within the Quality system.
  • Promoting a culture of continual quality improvement and a philosophy of doing it right – the first time.
  • Monitoring and controlling the supply, installation, and completion to programme of all projects, with full regard to health and safety and observing regulatory requirements.
  • Regular audit of our internal processes.
  • Management reviews of audit results, client feedback and complaints.

Though the ultimate responsibility for Quality rests with the Managing Director, all employees have a responsibility & obligation within their own areas of work to help ensure that the aims of the Quality Policy are met in every service / installation handed over to Client.

Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Policy

Obligations

Management is firmly committed to a policy enabling all work activities to be carried out safely, and in an environmentally sustainable manner, and with all possible measures taken to remove risks to the health, safety and welfare of workers, sub-contractors, authorised visitors, and anyone else who may be affected by our operations.

Responsibilities

Management: Will provide and maintain as far as possible

  • a safe & sustainable working environment and safe systems of work
  • plant, equipment, and substances in safe condition
  • information, instruction, training, and supervision that is reasonably necessary to ensure each worker is safe from injury & risks to health
  • conduct periodical risk assessments and job hazard analysis
  • a commitment to consult and co-operate with employees / workers in all matters relating to health, safety and environmental sustainability in the workplace
  • a commitment to continually improve our performance through effective safety management.
Workers: Each worker / employee has an obligation to
  • comply with safe work practices, with the intent of avoiding injury to themselves and others and damage to plant and equipment
  • take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others as well as the environment around them.
  • wear personal protective equipment and clothing where necessary
  • comply with any direction given by management for health and safety
  • report all unsafe conditions, accidents, and incidents on the job immediately to their supervisor or manager
