Check for running toilets or dripping faucets.
Install or maintain water-saving devices (low-flow toilets, aerators).
Fire department connection (FDC) accessible and maintained.
Inspect irrigation systems for leaks or broken sprinklers.
9. Seasonal Maintenance
Winter: Insulate exposed pipes to prevent freezing.
Spring: Check for damage caused by freezing temperatures.
Fall: Clean gutters and downspouts to ensure proper drainage.
10. Documentation and Record Keeping
Maintain a log of inspections, repairs, and replacements.
Document water quality testing results.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and keep certifications up to date.
